AI Automations & Data Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Gabon.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of, maintain, and continuously enhance Power BI dashboards that are essential for daily operations.

• Oversee the foundational data pipelines, Python scripts, SQL cron jobs, gateway refreshes, and associated production systems.

• Manage the monthly margin and quarterly profit-sharing processes.

• Coordinate the collection of snapshots spanning time tracking, financial data, and payroll.

• Cleanse data from various sources and verify DAX calculations against raw exports prior to payouts.

• Develop and sustain AI and low-code automations across the organization.

• Collaborate with teams to eliminate bottlenecks and enhance workflows.

• Create integrations, HR agents, invoicing bots, and other solutions utilizing Claude and other applications.

• Document solutions thoroughly and assist teammates in comprehending and utilizing them effectively.

• Report directly to senior leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience with AI automations and data management in a B2B environment.

• Expertise in Power BI or a comparable platform.

• Demonstrated experience in building, maintaining, and optimizing dashboards and production systems.

• Proficiency with data pipelines, Python scripts, SQL cron jobs, and gateway refresh processes.

• Knowledge of database design principles and row-level security.

• Strong proficiency in DAX, including complex multi-table logic.

• Familiarity with Python and SQL.

• Experience in maintaining and documenting data pipelines.

• Proven track record in workflow automation utilizing AI and low-code tools such as Claude, Zapier, and Make.

• Ability to learn and create advanced automation solutions.

• Advanced skills in Excel, including structured tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, named ranges, data validation, pivot tables, and file/path management.

• Strong capabilities in data governance.

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles, including chart of accounts, GL structure, and fundamental accounting practices is preferred but not mandatory.
