📋 Description

• Oversee and maintain WordPress websites

• Update plugins, themes, and the WordPress core

• Diagnose and resolve website issues

• Enhance website speed and performance

• Monitor website uptime and security

• Publish and format content for the website

• Create landing pages as necessary

• Identify repetitive business processes that can be automated

• Develop AI workflows utilizing automation platforms

• Create AI agents to support internal operations

• Connect business systems through APIs and integrations

• Test and optimize automation workflows

• Document automation procedures

• Build workflows across various software platforms

• Integrate CRM systems, forms, calendars, and communication tools

• Minimize manual administrative tasks

• Establish scalable operating systems

• Develop and implement a strategy to build authority

• Monitor website performance metrics

• Track SEO rankings

• Assess the effectiveness of automation efforts

• Generate monthly performance reports

• Suggest continuous improvements

• More than 3 years of experience managing WordPress websites

• Proven experience in building workflow automations

• Demonstrated expertise in AI implementation

• Strong understanding of SEO principles

• Experience in enhancing website performance

• A portfolio showcasing automation projects

• Experience working in a remote setting

• Exceptional written English skills
