AI Automation Specialist – U.S. Business Hours

📋 Description

• Design and sustain automation workflows utilizing AI tools and platforms such as n8n, Zapier, Microsoft Power Automate, or comparable technologies.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to assess business processes and pinpoint automation opportunities.

• Aid in the deployment of AI-driven solutions aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and data management.

• Oversee and refine existing automation systems to maintain optimal performance and effectiveness.

• Create documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials for end-users.

• Deliver user training and support related to AI tools and automation methodologies.

• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in AI and automation technologies.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in automation or AI solutions.

• Proficient in automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Power Automate).

• Strong analytical capabilities and comprehension of business processes.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English C1+).

• Availability to work during U.S. business hours.

• Detail-oriented with robust problem-solving skills.
