This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kenya.
• The RevOps & AI Automation Specialist will act as the driving force behind the execution of our client's revenue operations, automation, CRM, and AI implementation tasks.
• Design, configure, and oversee solutions within HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and Operations Hub.
• Create and manage workflows that facilitate the entire revenue operations lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain production-ready, multi-step Make.com scenarios that link HubSpot, Slack, Google Workspace, Monday.com, Claude, and custom client platforms.
• Integrate Claude and other large language models into active business workflows for automation, analysis, content processing, operational assistance, structured outputs, and automated decision-making support.
• Set up and manage Model Context Protocol connections that allow Claude and other AI tools to interact with systems such as HubSpot, Slack, Google Drive, and Monday.com.
• Build and manage Monday.com boards, dashboards, mirrored fields, and automations for both client-facing and internal systems.
• Assist the client's Learning and Development team by developing and maintaining Trainual courses and technical training materials.
• Write JavaScript or Python modules when standard automation solutions fall short.
• Perform data mapping, field alignment, CRM synchronization, data cleansing, migration, and system configuration tasks.
• Document every workflow, integration, scenario, and system configuration with clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in executing automation workflows and building CRMs in a live production environment.
• Proven expertise in automations and workflows—tangible projects you have developed and delivered in production.
• Proficiency in HubSpot across one or more hubs, including workflow builder, custom properties, pipelines, sequences, and reporting.
• Real-world experience with Make.com, including multi-step scenarios, error handling, and data transformation.
• Daily use of Claude or a similar large language model as a practical work tool, including hands-on AI integration into live workflows—you will demonstrate your workflow during the interview.
• Working knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) connectors and how AI tools integrate into an active technology stack.
• Capability to write custom JavaScript or Python modules and interpret API responses independently.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, including webhooks, authentication methods, and JSON parsing.
• A strong willingness to learn and a proven track record of quick adaptation.
• Fluent in software-as-a-solution—quickly grasps new platforms without requiring extensive guidance.
• Comfortable participating in client meetings in a supportive capacity.
• Fluency in three languages, with a minimum of 16 years of speaking, writing, and working proficiency in English.
• Available during a 9:00 AM–5:00 PM ET timeframe with a consistent four-hour daily block, Monday through Friday.
