AI Automation Specialist – Part Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement AI agents to assist with both internal and client initiatives.

• Automate processes on monday.com and integrate with other SaaS applications such as Microsoft 365, Slack, and comparable platforms.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance and optimize workflows utilizing AI and automation technologies.

• Collaborate with diverse teams to grasp operational requirements and deliver effective solutions.

• Document workflows, provide training, and ensure the successful adoption of AI solutions and processes.

• Automate essential project management tasks, including scheduling, cost estimation, budget monitoring, change order management, and resource allocation.

• Optimize document control, RFI/submittal tracking, meeting documentation, and project reporting through AI-enabled workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in creating AI agents (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, RAG, or similar technologies).

• Strong expertise in workflow automation (preferably with monday.com, Zapier, Make, or similar tools).

• Understanding of APIs, integrations, and data transfer processes between different platforms.

• Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

• A problem-solving attitude with the capability to convert business needs into technological solutions.

• Ability to articulate complex systems in straightforward terms.

• (Nice to have) Prior experience in startup or consulting settings.
