AI Automation Specialist – Claude, Accounting Workflows

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Create, implement, launch, and sustain AI-driven bookkeeping and accounting agents utilizing Claude and associated technologies.

• Develop intelligent workflows that streamline repetitive accounting and operational tasks.

• Construct modular, multi-agent systems that collaborate as a scalable platform.

• Continuously seek out opportunities to enhance automation and boost business efficiency.

• Quickly translate business concepts into viable, production-ready AI solutions.

• Develop AI systems to automate transaction coding and categorization, bookkeeping workflows, receipt and document processing, data extraction and validation, client information gathering, RFI workflows, reporting processes, time tracking and billing assistance, as well as workflow escalation and exception management.

• Design human-in-the-loop workflows where AI conducts initial processing and accounting professionals review any exceptions.

• Create confidence scoring, audit trails, and continuous learning mechanisms to enhance AI accuracy over time.

• Integrate AI solutions with accounting platforms such as Xero, Xero Practice Manager, MYOB, QuickBooks, Zoho, and Odoo.

• Develop integrations with CRM systems, document management platforms, communication tools, APIs, and internal business systems.

• Design secure, scalable, and dependable automation infrastructure with suitable governance and access controls.

• Support the ongoing development of an AI-first accounting platform aimed at long-term commercial use.

• Collaborate directly with leadership to prioritize, prototype, and deliver new AI functionalities.

• Engage in planning sessions and iterative product development.

• Proactively suggest new automation opportunities and process enhancements.

• Contribute to the long-term product vision, architecture, and AI strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in constructing AI-driven workflows, agents, or automation systems (minimum of 2-3 years).

• Extensive experience with Claude and Claude Code.

• Proficient in designing and deploying agent-based or multi-agent systems.

• Comprehensive understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI application development.

• Experience in developing practical AI solutions for real-world business environments.

• Practical experience with Python, APIs, workflow automation platforms, and system integrations.

• Strong grasp of workflow architecture, process optimization, and systems design.

• Ability to independently design, create, deploy, and continuously enhance automation solutions.

• Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
