AI Automation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop and deploy AI agents and automation solutions for accounting and administrative tasks.

• Create billing automation that extracts reports from XPM, analyzes the data, and generates draft client invoices for review.

• Establish email automation workflows that interpret incoming client messages and formulate precise responses for team evaluation.

• Streamline repetitive daily tasks based on team challenges and priorities.

• Integrate AI tools with business systems using APIs and other integrations.

• Oversee, troubleshoot, and enhance automations to ensure precision and dependability.

• Document workflows to enable the team to utilize and maintain them effectively.

• Collaborate with management and accountants to understand requirements and pinpoint automation prospects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing AI agents and automation within a real business context.

• Capability to create automations that extract and analyze XPM reports for drafting client invoices.

• Proficiency in building automations that interpret incoming client emails and draft replies for assessment.

• Expertise in automating repetitive daily administrative tasks.

• Practical experience with LLM tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Microsoft Copilot.

• Familiarity with automation platforms like Make, Zapier, n8n, or Power Automate.

• Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, and structured data.

• Strong research and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional written English skills and the ability to clearly communicate technical solutions to non-technical audiences.

• High level of attention to detail when handling financial and client information.

• Experience with Xero Practice Manager (XPM), Xero, or similar accounting software (preferred).

• Background in supporting an Australian accounting or professional services firm (preferred).

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Outlook automation (preferred).

• Must disclose any current ongoing roles or client engagements.
