AI Automation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Collaborate initially with the content and marketing agency to pinpoint and execute AI and automation opportunities throughout content, marketing, and internal workflows.

• Develop and sustain Power BI dashboards and reporting for over 300 employees across various centers.

• Identify and streamline repetitive administrative, operational, reporting, and data processes through automation.

• Create AI-driven workflows, tools, and integrations aimed at enhancing efficiency and minimizing manual tasks.

• Construct or enhance digital platforms that facilitate educator curriculum planning, reflections, and associated workflows.

• Transform client briefs and business requirements into effective technical solutions.

• Link workflows utilizing existing systems, data sources, APIs, and automation platforms.

• Assist AI and automation projects across internal operations and content/marketing endeavors.

• Recognize process enhancements through AI, automation, reporting, and improved data visibility.

• Test, troubleshoot, document, and continually refine implemented solutions.

• Engage with the client through regular project check-ins and provide transparent progress updates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must be based in the Philippines.

• Demonstrated experience in AI automation, workflow automation, systems integration, or a comparable technical position.

• Extensive experience in developing Power BI dashboards and reports.

• Familiarity with automation platforms, APIs, integrations, and business process automation.

• Practical expertise in AI tools and their application to real-world business workflows.

• Capability to work with data from diverse sources and translate it into valuable dashboards and insights.

• Experience in building or supporting internal platforms, digital tools, or workflow systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Must disclose any existing ongoing roles or client engagements.

• This engagement must be reflected on LinkedIn, clearly labeled as “Independent Contractor.”
