AI & Automation Product Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Comprehend business processes and customer interactions.

• Transform business workflows into streamlined, automated systems.

• Integrate AI agents, APIs, webhooks, and core databases with business applications.

• Develop efficient workflows without the need for excessive coding.

• Actively create automations and systems as an individual contributor.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2–4 years of practical experience in system development.

• Proficient in integrating AI agents, APIs, webhooks, and core databases with business tools.

• Direct experience in constructing automated workflows and systems.

• Practical understanding of business processes and customer interactions.

• Candidates with experience at Zoho, Freshworks, Postman, Razorpay, or a rapidly growing SaaS / AI startup are preferred.

• Independent automation consultants will also be considered.

• Availability for 30–40 hours per month, including weekends.

• Must be able to start immediately.
