AI & Automation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Develop the automation framework by integrating our advertising platforms, CRM, and analytics. Create automated monitoring, diagnostics, decision support, and action workflows to reduce the team's repetitive manual tasks. For any financial decisions, human approval is required: the system suggests, and a person confirms.

• Ensure the accuracy of data. Read and validate the SQL and data models utilized by the systems, including those created by others. Assess whether each metric is computed correctly, identifying any measurement issues before they lead to erroneous automated decisions.

• Implement this solution for Performance Marketing in our nine markets first, then use it as a model to expand across the rest of the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in coding with Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript, capable of independently reading, writing, and debugging code, rather than merely generating it with AI.

• Experienced in SQL with practical knowledge in a cloud data environment (e.g., BigQuery). Able to verify data integrity, including SQL and data models created by others.

• Practical experience: you have delivered systems equipped with testing, monitoring, logging, error handling, and rollback features that others rely on.

• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and structured outputs, along with the discernment to identify unreliable AI outputs and implement safeguards around them.

• Designed and maintained production-grade automations that connect systems via API.

• Proficient in English (B2+) and a native speaker of Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, Polish, or Romanian.
