This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Gain insight into the operations of various teams and business units at Nucleus.
• Analyze workflows to pinpoint repetitive, manual, or inefficient processes.
• Suggest and prioritize opportunities for AI and automation based on business impact, complexity, urgency, and scalability.
• Design and execute practical AI automations from start to finish.
• Integrate organizational platforms through APIs, webhooks, scripts, and no-code or low-code solutions.
• Utilize large language models and automation tools to extract, structure, classify, enhance, summarize, and route information.
• Develop lightweight internal tools, interfaces, dashboards, or applications.
• Enhance CRM and relationship-tracking systems, focusing on contact capture, enrichment, lead scoring, relationship insights, and introduction tracking.
• Convert business needs into technical solutions, including prototyping, testing, deploying, monitoring, troubleshooting, maintaining, and documenting workflows.
• Establish safeguards and human-review processes when accuracy or judgment is critical.
• Educate team members, communicate solutions to nontechnical stakeholders, collect feedback, and set responsible AI standards.
• Initiate automations that lessen manual tasks or enhance data quality and formulate a roadmap for future AI applications.
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience in automation, AI implementation, operations, product management, business systems, software development, or a related area—or a portfolio showcasing equivalent practical capabilities.
• Proven experience in developing working automations that address genuine business challenges.
• Strong practical knowledge of generative AI and large language models.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools as part of daily operations, rather than solely for experimentation.
• Proficiency in connecting applications through APIs, webhooks, native integrations, or automation platforms.
• Comfortable using no-code and low-code platforms.
• Sufficient technical fluency to utilize scripting or lightweight development when required.
• Excellent skills in process mapping and problem-solving.
• Ability to grasp a business problem before selecting a technical solution.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capacity to effectively communicate with nontechnical stakeholders.
• Keen attention to detail, particularly during the testing and deployment of automated workflows.
• Capability to independently manage projects and deliver solutions with minimal guidance.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where requirements may not be clearly defined initially.
• Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, Airtable, Retool, Notion, HubSpot, OpenAI, Claude, or similar platforms would be an asset.
• Preferred: Experience in building or managing CRM systems; relationship intelligence, lead enrichment, or recommendation systems; venture capital, professional services, events, communities, or relationship-driven businesses; internal tools or lightweight web applications; databases, structured data, and data-cleaning workflows; proficiency in JavaScript, Python, SQL, or similar technologies; knowledge of data privacy, security, access controls, and responsible AI practices; and a portfolio, case study, or demonstration of AI-powered workflows.
