AI Automation Builder

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive AI automations and agents from start to finish, encompassing triggers, API integrations, and LLM logic.

• Seamlessly integrate clients' tools including CRM systems, email, advertising platforms, and various data sources.

• Strengthen and transfer systems with thorough documentation, monitoring, and effective error-handling to ensure they operate independently for clients.

• Transform recurring patterns into reusable components to expedite the setup of future systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have hands-on experience building automations and agents using n8n, Make, or similar tools.

• You possess a solid understanding of APIs and webhooks, capable of interpreting and integrating with external documentation.

• You are proficient in working with LLMs and prompting, adept at managing messy or noisy outputs.

• You approach problems with a systems-thinking mindset rather than treating tasks as isolated actions, designing solutions comprehensively.

• Fluency in German is essential (location is flexible); proficiency in English for tools and documentation is expected.

• A background in marketing, coaching, consulting, or agency work is advantageous.

• Experience running your own freelance business is a significant plus.

• Familiarity with multi-step AI agents or enabling AI to access company knowledge via RAG/vector databases is desirable.
