AI Automation and Data Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• You will play a key role in shaping the future of accounting by designing, constructing, and maintaining the automation and data infrastructure that drives our business.

• Take ownership of essential reporting systems, AI-driven workflows, and business automations that impact every department.

• Design and implement AI-driven automations utilizing GPT, Claude, Zapier, Make, APIs, and contemporary SaaS platforms.

• Develop scalable internal workflows that enhance operations across Finance, HR, Sales, Client Success, and Operations.

• Create integrations between business applications through APIs and automation platforms.

• Proactively identify opportunities to minimize manual tasks via intelligent automation.

• Manage and maintain production Power BI dashboards utilized by leadership.

• Construct, refine, and troubleshoot data pipelines using Python, SQL, and DAX.

• Oversee scheduled refreshes, gateway connections, database structures, and reporting infrastructures.

• Create reporting solutions that facilitate operational and financial decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in building business automations and data solutions in a B2B setting.

• Proficient in Power BI, including dashboards, data models, DAX, and production reporting.

• Practical experience with Python and SQL for data transformation and automation.

• Familiarity with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or other low-code tools.

• Hands-on experience utilizing AI platforms like GPT or Claude for workflow automation.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, structured tables, and connected workbooks.

• Strong grasp of APIs, integrations, and modern SaaS ecosystems.

• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.

• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
