AI Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain Agent Skills across various domains including software architecture, security, data, frontend, backend, and compliance.

• Establish global Rules that govern agent behavior across all initiatives.

• Design Workflows that standardize the most prevalent development cycles.

• Evaluate the Skills of other Architects, ensuring that instructions are clear, precise, and unambiguous for AI agents.

• Observe the real-world application of Skills and refine the repository based on feedback received from AI Engineers.

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new AI Engineers by teaching them how to utilize the tools you developed.

• Keep abreast of the latest agentic tools, models, and ecosystem trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive expertise in at least one technical domain such as software architecture, data engineering, security, frontend, or DevOps.

• Genuine ability to externalize knowledge — understanding how to perform a task is different from knowing how to instruct an agent to execute it. Both skills are essential.

• A strong emphasis on clarity and precision in writing — your instructions will be adhered to literally, on a large scale.

• Proficiency with agentic tools like Antigravity, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar technologies.

• Familiarity with the Agent Skills framework and an understanding of how LLMs interpret instructions.

• Capability to work asynchronously and collaboratively through GitHub — managing PRs, reviews, and versioning of Skills.

• Proficient in English — capable of reading, writing, and engaging in technical communication. Documentation, ecosystem, and tools are primarily in English.
