AI and Automation Analyst, n8n

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop autonomous AI agents for round-the-clock customer support, query resolution, and process automation.

• Create intelligent workflows aimed at identifying opportunities, nurturing leads, and speeding up the sales cycle.

• Design n8n automations to facilitate a seamless customer journey, from initial contact to post-sales support.

• Collaborate with OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google models to craft precise, human-centered prompts for customer engagements.

• Integrate platforms such as WhatsApp, chat, email, CRM, and others via APIs.

• Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to convert customer support challenges into creative solutions.

• Experiment with various technologies to enhance response times, customer satisfaction, and conversion rates.

• Document, optimize, and ensure that automations are scalable, reliable, and measurable.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with n8n: You have developed intricate automations and know how to maximize the platform's capabilities.

• Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their practical applications beyond theoretical knowledge.

• Skill in prompting AI to deliver exactly what is required through effective prompt engineering.

• Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, and OAuth.

• Strong programming logic and comprehension of data structures.

• Daily engagement with ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI tools, along with a keen interest in staying updated with the latest advancements.

• Capability to analyze requirements and translate them into automated solutions.

• Excellent communication and robust teamwork abilities.

• Relevant experience with customer support platforms, chatbots, or omnichannel solutions is an advantage.

• Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or other programming languages is a plus.

• Understanding of customer support metrics (CSAT, NPS, response time) and sales processes (qualification, pipeline, conversion) is advantageous.

• Familiarity with RAG, embeddings, and vectorization is a plus.

• Experience with Make, Zapier, or other low-code/no-code platforms is beneficial.

• Experience with data and business intelligence tools is an added advantage.
