This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Conduct executive distillation sessions individually with the Chief of Staff, CIO, CFO, and COO, transforming each session into a comprehensive context pack that includes goals, OKRs, KPIs, investment policies, reporting standards, and operating processes documented in a usable format rather than slides.
• Gather and confirm the business semantics of the ontology with stakeholders, clarifying the meanings of terms such as "commitment," "decision," "priority," and "portfolio update," while identifying any conflicting definitions between entities.
• Define the necessary agent skills for each executive, detailing scope, inputs, outputs, tone, acceptance criteria, escalation procedures, and human-in-the-loop boundaries, along with creating evaluations that determine the readiness of a skill for deployment.
• Create a weekly alignment ritual within Slack, including OKR-focused check-ins, drift detection, and a master report that automatically compiles from the check-ins.
• Analyze process-mining outputs and produce decision-ready reports for each team, highlighting where effort is allocated, what should be automated, what requires reorganization, and what should remain unchanged, each accompanied by an ROI estimate and a proposed sequence.
• Develop rapid prototypes (using no-code/low-code or prompt-level techniques) to validate a skill with an executive before the engineering team builds a more robust version.
• Take ownership of adoption by collaborating with executives, observing their usage, identifying barriers to use, and incorporating feedback into the backlog for every sprint.
• Evaluate payback following each automation deployment and adjust the prioritization of subsequent initiatives based on these results.
• Maintain thorough documentation, including decision records, requirement documents, and runbooks, enabling the client's team to eventually continue building independently.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in business analysis, management consulting, process improvement, or AI/product analysis.
• Proven ability to elicit requirements from senior stakeholders and successfully deliver on those requirements.
• Practical experience with LLM and generative AI implementations, demonstrated through prototypes rather than just coursework.
• Experience in mapping and redesigning actual business processes, preferably utilizing mining or usage data instead of relying solely on interviews.
• Familiarity with financial services or investment firms is a significant advantage.
• Comfortable working as the sole analyst within a small (2.5-FTE) delivery team.
• Full-time position.
• The most client-facing role in the pod after the founders.
