📋 Description

• Analyze and chart intricate operational workflows within Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, and Onboarding to pinpoint AI use cases.

• Collect and document comprehensive business requirements from end-users to steer technical development.

• Evaluate and report on the ROI and performance metrics of implemented AI solutions.

• Maintain thorough documentation relating to data lineage, compliance, and auditing standards.

• Monitor KPIs associated with time savings, process automation rates, and enhancements in operational efficiency.

• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or fund operations.

• Proven ability to diagram workflows and convert operational needs into technical specifications.

• Familiarity with AI, automation, or advanced analytics; a robust conceptual understanding is essential.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with technical teams to ensure the fulfillment of business requirements.

• Strong conceptual knowledge of financial services or fund administration workflows.
