AI Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Develop transformative AI applications throughout the organization.

• Collaborate with service lines to design and implement process-specific agents.

• Assist with AI training and change management programs.

• Contribute to go-to-market strategies for AI initiatives.

• Identify, assess, and prototype or construct high-value AI prompts, skills, or agents with key stakeholders.

• Create and deliver AI training sessions and enablement materials for both team members and external clients.

• Gather feedback on platforms, applications, training, and enablement resources.

• Track engagement and business outcome KPIs to inform product and program roadmaps.

• Stay updated on AI model performance, context engineering, industry trends, and application limitations.

• Promote a collaborative, consultative, and customer-centric culture both internally and externally.

⛳️ Requirements

• College degree or equivalent experience is required.

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.

• Proficient in using relevant technology.

• Ability to adhere to technical instructions and guidelines.

• Capable of documenting daily activities and system functions.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Proven ability to communicate verbally and in writing across all levels of the organization, both internally and externally.

• Willingness to travel as required by the business and be available for on-call duties.

• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Taxation, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Education, or a related field is preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in solutions engineering, consulting, enablement, training, or AI/enterprise software roles is preferred.

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, including the creation, refinement, and evaluation of prompts/context, and agentic orchestration such as MCP is preferred.

• Experience in identifying, validating, prototyping, or building high-value AI prompts, skills, or agents is preferred.

• Experience in designing and delivering training sessions, workshops, or enablement materials on technical topics is preferred.

• Strong technical and business acumen is preferred.

• Outstanding communication, facilitation, and storytelling abilities are preferred.

• Effective project management skills are preferred.

• Experience in driving technology adoption and change is preferred.

• Willingness to travel up to 10–15% is preferred.
