AI Agent Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of a fleet of production AI agents from start to finish.

• Continuously enhance prompts, orchestration, and outputs.

• Develop and manage experimentation processes (A/B testing, evaluations, and comparisons).

• Optimize models, costs, and search APIs for both accuracy and efficiency.

• Collaborate with data teams to enhance the quality of AI-generated outputs.

• Assist with related AI projects (customer support agents, internal tools).

• Monitor agent performance, establish alerts, and uphold quality assurance processes.

• Create clear documentation and empower teammates to operate agents safely.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated portfolio of AI agents or automations (videos, demos, repositories required).

• Strong experience in prompt engineering, including multi-agent configurations.

• Skilled in designing evaluations and driving measurable improvements.

• Proficient with agent/prompt/automation platforms (Airtable, Zapier, Latitude, etc.).

• Excellent written English skills for AI-generated outputs.

• Startup mindset: independent, quick-moving, and iterative.
