This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Workflow Architecture: Create multi-step agent frameworks that automate repetitive marketing, analytics, and operational tasks.

• Development & Maintenance: Design and refine AI agents, copilots, and subject-matter expert agents that seamlessly integrate into our marketing ecosystem.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Performance, Lifecycle, and Brand teams to identify and prioritize impactful automation—from optimizing email code and ensuring brand voice consistency to analyzing lead quality.

• Enablement: Create reusable agent frameworks, templates, and prompt standards that guarantee our outputs are accurate, actionable, and secure.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of extensive experience with Python, JSON, and JavaScript.

• Practical experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Copilot, and agent-enabling platforms (e.g., Claude, Codex, n8n).

• Profound knowledge of APIs and Webhooks.

• Proficient in HTML & CSS for email optimization and experienced in managing databases such as SQL or Firebase.

• Familiarity with Marketo and/or Tealium is a considerable advantage.

• Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and emerging agentic design patterns.
