This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead a thorough audit of workflows across various teams, pinpointing significant inefficiencies and creating an AI adoption roadmap with well-defined priorities and measurable results.
• Design and oversee the organization's AI training strategy — encompassing materials, best practices, and workshops — to ensure meaningful and sustained adoption of tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and others.
• Identify potential opportunities for custom plugins, automations, and integrations; collaborate with the tech team to define, prioritize, and implement solutions that address genuine organizational needs.
• Act as the organization’s internal AI expert — tracking the evolving landscape, synthesizing relevant information, and converting it into actionable recommendations for leadership and teams.
• Develop frameworks and governance structures that facilitate responsible, secure, and consistent AI utilization throughout the organization.
• Influence stakeholders without formal authority: align individuals at all levels around AI initiatives and foster support for change.
• Proven experience leading AI adoption, workflow transformation, or change management initiatives within an organization.
• Strong strategic thinking abilities: capable of assessing organizational needs, establishing priorities, and crafting a roadmap — not merely executing tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to train and enhance teams on tools or skills, with quantifiable outcomes.
• Extensive understanding of how engineering, product, and operations teams function — and the credibility to collaborate with each.
• Exceptional communication skills: comfortable presenting to executives as well as facilitating hands-on sessions with individual contributors.
• Proven knowledge of current AI tooling capabilities — including agentic workflows, MCPs, custom agents and skills, computer usage, and other evolving AI tools.
• Genuine and informed enthusiasm for AI — actively following the field, forming independent opinions, and able to navigate through hype.
• Experience implementing a new tool, workflow, or capability to 20 or more individuals across various functions (Preferred).
• Background in program or project management within a cross-functional environment (Preferred).
• Experience in developing governance or enablement frameworks around emerging technologies (Preferred).
• Full-time employment through November 2026.
