This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement internal change management plans for new AI capabilities, which includes assessing impacted individuals, planning engagement strategies, crafting communications, and establishing clear milestones to ensure teams are prepared.
• Design practical support materials (job aids, guides, quick-reference resources, etc.) that empower teams to effectively utilize the new AI-enabled workflows.
• Collaborate with product owners, AI engineers, functional leaders, and frontline teams to gain insights into the changes occurring and what is needed for readiness.
• Utilize structured change management, communication, and training methodologies across all programs.
• Provide consulting and coaching to partner enablement teams regarding their communication and educational initiatives.
• Engage and recruit leaders to act as “change champions” who can cultivate a network of employees that model and support adoption among their peers.
• Proactively identify risks, resistance, confusion, or gaps in readiness and assist in creating actionable plans to address these issues.
• Establish and monitor adoption metrics to assess whether teams are genuinely transforming their work practices, rather than merely having access to a tool.
• Communicate insights gained to the broader Change Management team to enhance our approach across different business areas.
• Over 5 years of experience in change management, organizational change, communications, training, employee enablement, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in supporting enterprise technology, digital transformation, software implementation, or process improvement projects.
• Demonstrated capability to assess organizational impacts, formulate change strategies, engage stakeholders, and drive behavioral change.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience in creating communications, training resources, and executive presentations.
• Experience in influencing stakeholders and fostering alignment across teams without having direct authority.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business teams and to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable guidance.
• Familiarity with generative AI, Agentic AI, and AI-assisted tools, along with an understanding of responsible AI practices and challenges in employee adoption.
• Comfortable working in dynamic environments where priorities and delivery plans may shift.
• Prosci, CCMP, or other change management certification is preferred.
