This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with the OCM team to create and implement a business unit-level AI change strategy, transitioning employees from AI experimenters to AI accelerators.
• Design and execute stakeholder engagement plans, incorporating resistance mapping and influence strategies.
• Establish a network of champions and superusers within the business unit to maintain adoption momentum.
• Monitor adoption indicators and modify interventions based on real-time engagement data.
• Address employee concerns and foster psychological safety concerning AI-enhanced work.
• Conduct systematic task analysis across business unit roles to pinpoint what AI automates, augments, or creates.
• Revise job descriptions and role profiles to reflect the new human–AI responsibilities.
• Collaborate with business unit leaders to establish new AI-augmented job families and career pathways.
• Identify roles susceptible to displacement and proactively design transition pathways.
• Work alongside job architects and compensation teams to update role-leveling frameworks.
• Evaluate business unit-level AI fluency and detect skill gaps across functions, levels, and workforce segments.
• Commission or co-create targeted learning programs—technical, workflow, and mindset.
• Develop manager enablement specifically for leading AI-augmented teams.
• Track and report on capability enhancement against business unit transformation milestones.
• Construct a dynamic picture of skills supply and demand for the business unit, accounting for both human and AI agents.
• Identify future workforce needs based on AI-driven process modifications (12–36 month outlook).
• Assist business unit leaders in scenario planning for headcount and structure as AI scales.
• Evaluate whether the current structure of the business unit facilitates or hinders AI-augmented ways of working.
• Foster a culture of active engagement in AI transformation rather than passive compliance.
• Collaborate with the Talent Development team to prepare managers for leading AI-augmented teams, orchestrating both human and AI agents effectively.
• Over 8 years of experience in change management, HR transformation, organizational effectiveness, or related people and organizational development roles.
• Proven experience leading large-scale technology or digital transformation initiatives from the people perspective.
• Strong understanding of change frameworks and the ability to adapt them to AI-related contexts.
• Experience in workforce planning, role design, or job architecture.
• Capability to build trust and credibility with business unit leaders and frontline employees.
• Data literacy with the ability to use adoption metrics and workforce analytics to inform decisions.
• Personal proficiency with AI tools and a genuine passion for AI-augmented work.
• Experience integrated within a business unit (not solely in HR or Center of Excellence roles).
• Familiarity with agentic AI, automation workflow design, or human-in-the-loop process redesign.
• Background in learning and development or large-scale capability-building initiatives.
• Understanding of organizational design principles and structural assessment methodologies.
• Experience with skills-based talent models and dynamic workforce planning tools.
• Industry knowledge relevant to the targeted business unit.
• Certification or coursework in AI transformation leadership.
