This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of all four phases of adoption from start to finish for a range of enterprise accounts, beginning with the initial post-deployment kickoff and concluding with the renewal signature.
• Develop and maintain a customized 30/60/90 roadmap for each customer, updating it weekly and reviewing it during every customer synchronization.
• Facilitate all types of customer-facing meetings throughout the process, including kickoffs, team enablement sessions, bi-weekly product feedback calls, power-user one-on-ones, weekly syncs, executive/leadership syncs, and Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Create and distribute a monthly asynchronous leadership update to each account's executive sponsors — concise, written, and based on actual usage data.
• Manage customer-specific integrations, custom prompt engineering, and edge-case debugging for each assigned account.
• Collaborate with the customer to instrument and ensure accuracy tracking, guaranteeing the dataset is owned and credible by the customer, rather than self-reported by the vendor.
• Identify and document failure modes through power-user one-on-ones, then collaborate with the product team to transform these insights into roadmap items.
• Troubleshoot and address platform issues that arise during adoption, coordinating with engineering as necessary.
• Over 5 years of experience in a technical customer-facing position such as solutions engineering, solutions architecture, technical account management, or customer success engineering within an enterprise software or infrastructure company.
• Authentic technical expertise — capable of reading logs, comprehending distributed system failures, and providing insights on the reasons behind an AI agent's incorrect root cause analysis.
• Proven track record of engaging in executive-level discussions as well as engineering-level conversations with the same customer within the same week.
• Experience fostering the adoption of a technical product among customers with complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity with a proactive, builder's mindset.
• Competitive compensation
• Startup equity
• Health insurance
• Flexible time off
• Abundant in-office snacks
