📋 Description

• Design, organize, and execute internal hackathons

• Create and manage the Customer Developer Day initiative

• Establish facilitation frameworks for various programs

• Collaborate with stakeholders to determine necessary interventions

• Document outcomes from engagements

• Recognize patterns in customer interactions

• Serve as a credible technical resource for developers

• Proven experience in orchestrating developer events, hackathons, or technical workshops

• Sufficient technical knowledge to gain the respect of seasoned engineers

• Familiarity with effective adoption programs

• Enthusiastic about engaging directly with customers

• Background in post-sales or customer success roles

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills

• Proficient in utilizing AI tools as essential infrastructure
