This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Drive the adoption of AI and facilitate practical enablement by conducting hands-on AI workshops, coaching sessions, office hours, and enabling experiences tailored to employees with varying levels of AI confidence.
• Promote responsible usage, critical evaluation, output validation, and appropriate escalation when AI-generated content could impact customer, business, risk, or financial outcomes.
• Convert complex AI concepts into straightforward, practical language for non-technical audiences.
• Utilize real business scenarios, demonstrations, and hands-on practice to bolster employees' confidence.
• Foster psychologically safe learning environments for employees who may feel hesitant, overwhelmed, skeptical, or unsure of where to start.
• Design, update, and maintain materials for AI enablement, including job aids, quick reference guides, workshop presentations, videos, resource pages, and practical toolkits.
• Collaborate with learning, communications, operations, and business stakeholders to develop role-specific learning paths and practical resource experiences.
• Assist with workshop operations, encompassing intake, scheduling, participant communication, follow-up, feedback collection, and reporting.
• Track metrics related to measurement, adoption, and value by supporting reporting on adoption metrics, usage trends, workshop attendance, training completion, feedback, user needs, and business impact.
• Use data to identify power users, areas with low adoption, skill gaps, and opportunities for targeted enablement.
• Convert usage data and feedback into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Define success metrics for pilots, learning initiatives, resource pages, workflow enablement, and AI adoption programs.
• Assist in Change Management and Leader-Led Adoption by helping managers navigate their teams through AI adoption with clarity, confidence, and responsible expectations.
• Identify barriers to adoption, including fear, lack of confidence, unclear expectations, workflow compatibility, trust issues, or time constraints.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to transform these barriers into improved communications, enhanced resources, and more focused support.
• Contribute to the AI Enablement Strategy by staying informed about emerging AI capabilities, new Copilot features, agent experiences, prompt strategies, and practical enterprise AI applications.
• Spot opportunities to enhance training, resource design, adoption strategy, measurement, and enablement operations.
• Provide structured recommendations to help the team prioritize high-value AI opportunities.
• Ensure that AI enablement initiatives are scalable, reusable, measurable, and aligned with business priorities.
• Act as a liaison between users, leaders, technical teams, product teams, learning teams, and enterprise AI partners.
• Required / Strongly Preferred: Experience in delivering training, workshops, enablement programs, learning experiences, coaching, or adoption support.
• Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage employees, managers, and leaders effectively.
• Capability to articulate technical or complex concepts in simple, practical language.
• Experience in supporting the adoption of new tools, technologies, systems, processes, or working methods.
• Excellent communication, writing, and content development skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, particularly Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Copilot.
• Practical experience using generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or comparable tools.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, structured prompting, iterative prompting, and output validation.
• Ability to translate business challenges into practical AI use cases.
• Skill in organizing work, managing details, tracking follow-ups, and supporting multiple enablement initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong curiosity and a willingness to experiment with new AI capabilities.
• Sound business judgment and a responsible-use mindset.
• Preferred / Differentiating Experience in instructional design, learning enablement, change management, business analysis, operations, product support, commercialization, consulting, or digital adoption.
• Experience in banking, financial services, operations, service, sales, risk, compliance, or onboarding.
• Familiarity with SharePoint resource pages, Power Automate, Power Apps, Jira, or similar workflow/reporting tools.
• Experience supporting pilot programs, champion networks, advocate communities, communities of practice, or office hours.
• Experience with AI agents, prompt libraries, knowledge management, use case intake, or AI marketplace/solution registry concepts.
• Ability to identify patterns in feedback, usage data, stakeholder needs, and barriers to adoption.
• Ability to create executive-ready summaries, progress updates, dashboards, and recommendations.
• Eligibility for incentive compensation which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives.
