Agricultural Content Expert, Brazil

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assess Q&A pairs produced by AI systems, human specialists, or synthetic data processes.

• Analyze outputs in terms of agronomic accuracy, relevance, clarity, trustworthiness, inclusivity, and usability for farmers.

• Develop, review, and authenticate agricultural content cards.

• Assist in seasonal advisory planning and prioritize content effectively.

• Confirm the technical accuracy and contextual appropriateness of content.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's degree or higher in Agronomy, Agricultural Extension, Veterinary Sciences, Horticulture, Climate Sciences, or related fields.

• At least 5 years of experience in agricultural advisory, extension, research, or content creation.

• Deep understanding of farming systems and farmer advisory services.

• Capability to critically assess technical content and provide constructive feedback.

• Preferred: Experience with AI-supported content systems.

• Background in reviewing digital agricultural advisory materials.

• Knowledge of large language models (LLMs), AI evaluation, or RLHF processes.

• Proficient in incorporating climate and gender factors into agricultural recommendations.
