Agiloft CLM Administrator, Salesforce Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the daily administration and upkeep of the Agiloft CLM platform.

• Configure and manage Agiloft workflows, fields, permissions, user access, and platform settings.

• Oversee user provisioning, permission sets, record types, page layouts, and field mappings.

• Set up and maintain the Agiloft CLM application within Salesforce Lightning.

• Ensure the integrity of Agiloft–Salesforce integrations and accurate data flow for contracts.

• Develop and enhance contract workflow automations, routing rules, and approval processes.

• Assist with contract management tasks including templates, clause libraries, approvals, e-signature, and redlining workflows.

• Convert the requirements of Legal, Sales, Operations, and other stakeholders into platform configurations.

• Diagnose issues related to the platform, workflows, integrations, and data.

• Act as an escalation point for any Agiloft-related issues.

• Ensure data quality and process integrity throughout contracting workflows.

• Provide support for documentation, user training, and audit-related tasks.

• Recognize and propose opportunities for ongoing platform and process enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Agiloft administration, covering configuration, workflows, integrations, and user management.

• Solid understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management principles and processes.

• Familiarity with contract templates, clause libraries, approval workflows, e-signature, and redlining.

• Experience with integrating Agiloft into Salesforce Lightning.

• Knowledge of Salesforce custom objects, page layouts, and permission sets.

• Capability to translate the requirements of Legal, Sales, and Operations into platform configurations.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

• High attention to data quality and process integrity.

• Ability to collaborate with teams primarily operating in U.S. Central and Eastern time zones.

• Knowledge of Agiloft CLM and Salesforce Lightning.

• Preferred experience in Revenue Operations, Legal Operations, or Sales Operations environments.

• Familiarity with Zuora or similar CPQ, billing, or subscription-management platforms is preferred.

• Agiloft certification or equivalent demonstrated expertise in Agiloft is preferred.
