Agile Product Manager III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement thorough User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, detailing test objectives, scenarios, and quality standards.

• Evaluate test outcomes and confirm that acceptance criteria are satisfied before deployment.

• Detect defects, assist in troubleshooting, and participate in root cause analysis.

• Work in tandem with Product Owners, QA teams, and Agile teams throughout the development process.

• Facilitate change management and ensure seamless code transitions across various environments.

• Monitor and document testing progress utilizing defect logs and tracking systems.

• Aid in resolving issues related to environments and support implementation efforts.

• Offer advice on testing tools and best practices to junior testers (Levels I and II).

• Manage workflow, task allocation, and coordination to achieve service level agreements.

• Play a role in training and mentoring team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in the industry.

• More than 5 years of experience in testing or a related area.

• A Bachelor's Degree.

• Familiarity with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes and methodologies.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to assess requirements and ensure their testability.

• Understanding of defect tracking and test management practices.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.

• Experience in leading, mentoring, or guiding junior team members.
