Agile CRM Functional Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the functional design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions across the Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules.

• Take ownership of the analysis, solution design, and validation phases of CRM projects, ensuring they align with client business objectives.

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and convert business needs into scalable D365 functional solutions.

• Facilitate and lead application design workshops, solution reviews, and decision-making sessions.

• Provide functional governance throughout engagements, ensuring that designs comply with platform best practices and business requirements.

• Manage CRM configuration and customization, including entities, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, and business rules.

• Work alongside technical teams on integrations, data migration strategies, and overall solution delivery.

• Ensure that project documentation is created, reviewed, and maintained according to delivery standards.

• Support Agile delivery execution, adjusting plans based on changing priorities and program requirements.

• Foster and promote a strong quality culture across projects and teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in configuring, customizing, and delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

• Proven track record of leading at least one complete D365 CRM implementation with functional ownership.

• Extensive experience in client-facing consulting or enterprise delivery roles.

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including mentoring, coaching, and developing team skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in BE / B.Tech / MCA / MBA or equivalent with relevant industry experience.

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional certification is preferred.
