Agentic Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Design and develop AI-driven products from inception to completion.

• Create and oversee a fleet of intelligent agents.

• Develop technical systems that enhance team productivity.

• Assist in establishing the Agentic Legal Framework and our Knowledge Intelligence Platform.

• Secure the team's future by transforming engineering from individual contributions to achieving 10x team productivity.

• Take ownership of technical design from foundational principles, intentionally utilizing design patterns and architecting scalable Node.js systems.

• Construct, deploy, and maintain subagents, enhancing agentic efficiency and creating workflows that scale with agents.

• Manage features from concept through architecture, implementation, and deployment, while transcending traditional ‘frontend’ or ‘backend’ divides.

• Work backward from product outcomes to develop most of the solution simultaneously, sharing knowledge transparently, uplifting colleagues, and designing for collective intelligence.

• Engage in key strategic initiatives: Agentic Legal Framework, Knowledge Intelligence Platform, AIOps evolution.

• Proficient in Node.js.

• Backend experience with some frontend exposure or full-stack expertise.

• Strong skills in technical design.

• In-depth knowledge of design patterns.

• Experience with coding co-pilots and AI coding tools.

• Ability to think systemically.
