Agentic AI Engineer, Engineering, Web & Mobile Team

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Design and deliver agentic workflows throughout the development lifecycle, including auto-documentation, test generation on merge requests, parity testing for migrations, and review enhancements;

• Create reusable platform components such as MCP servers, tool integrations, and prompt/orchestration libraries for self-service by other teams;

• Manage evaluation and observability for AI processes (Langfuse, LLM-as-judge, regression suites) to ensure outputs are reliable rather than merely impressive demonstrations;

• Deploy workflows as production services utilizing Docker and Kubernetes, maintaining awareness of CI/CD practices as well as cost and latency considerations;

• Promote large-scale adoption by measuring impact through developer productivity metrics (e.g., getDX), and iterating on strategies that genuinely enhance throughput and cycle time;

• Stay current and adjust to the rapidly evolving agentic landscape—constantly assess new tools, models, and methodologies, integrate valuable ones into the organization’s operations, and implement practical solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong programming fundamentals with a proven history of delivering production-quality software (Python is the primary language within the agentic ecosystem);

• Experience with agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Aider, Copilot) and having developed at least one genuine agentic flow in a production setting;

• Familiarity with LLM tool invocation and MCP (Model Context Protocol);

• Proficient in one or more orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, or equivalent custom orchestration using LLM provider APIs);

• Comfortable working with cloud environments, Docker, and Kubernetes;

• Solid experience with Bash/Shell scripting.
