Agentic AI Enablement Manager – m/f/d

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Create and consistently enhance a comprehensive enablement strategy for Agentic AI and AI-driven process automation.

• Empower selected Business Builders to autonomously develop secure, value-generating AI Agents and AI Flows.

• Establish, facilitate, and support an AI Builder Community.

• Design practical training sessions, workshops, and support formats.

• Advise business functions on identifying, assessing, and prototyping appropriate Agentic AI use cases.

• Collaborate with external partners on training, enablement initiatives, technology consulting, and specific use cases.

• Develop governance frameworks for self-service, data and capability utilization, security, data privacy, Responsible AI, and escalation protocols.

• Oversee platform access, licenses, budgets, and usage-based expenses.

• Monitor and assess new market trends and technological advancements.

• Assist in selecting and implementing suitable platforms, capabilities, and solution methodologies.

• Establish standards, templates, best practices, and reusable components in coordination with Data & Analytics, Enterprise Architecture, Information Security, Data Privacy, and IT Integration.

• Contribute to shaping Ottobock’s AI journey within Global IT.

⛳️ Requirements

• Passion for Agentic AI, Generative AI, process automation, and contemporary self-service technologies.

• Bachelor's degree, such as in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Several years of hands-on experience with Generative AI, AI Agents, intelligent automation, or low-code/no-code platforms.

• Comprehensive understanding of agentic systems, especially orchestration, tool and API utilization, knowledge access, human-in-the-loop processes, testing, and monitoring.

• Practical experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot Agent Builder, Microsoft Copilot Studio, AgentBricks, or similar Agentic AI and automation platforms.

• Strong grasp of cloud architectures, data sources, interfaces, identity and access management concepts, and security and data privacy requirements.

• Experience in business enablement, community management, citizen developer programs, or similar self-service methodologies.

• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and empower others to implement solutions independently.

• Capacity to rapidly comprehend business processes and translate them into appropriate Agentic AI solution methodologies.

• Strong awareness of Responsible AI, governance, cost management, and the secure deployment of AI in an enterprise context.

• Proactive approach, initiative, and excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficient in both German and English.
