Agentic AI Enablement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Design and continuously enhance a comprehensive enablement strategy for Agentic AI and AI-driven process automation.

• Empower selected Business Builders to autonomously create secure and value-generating AI agents and AI workflows.

• Establish, moderate, and support an AI Builder Community while creating practical training sessions, workshops, and support formats.

• Provide guidance to business functions on how to identify, assess, and prototype applicable Agentic AI use cases.

• Collaborate with external partners for training, enablement initiatives, technology consulting, and selected use-case implementations.

• Develop clear governance frameworks for self-service, data and capability usage, security, data privacy, Responsible AI, and escalation procedures.

• Oversee platform access, licenses, budgets, and consumption-based costs in collaboration with the relevant IT and business departments.

• Monitor and evaluate new market and technology trends, aiding in the selection and adoption of appropriate platforms, capabilities, and solution strategies.

• Create standards, templates, best practices, and reusable components in alignment with Data & Analytics, Enterprise Architecture, Information Security, Data Privacy, and IT Integration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong interest in Agentic AI, Generative AI, process automation, and contemporary self-service technologies.

• University degree in disciplines such as computer science, business informatics, data science, industrial engineering, or a related field.

• Several years of practical experience with Generative AI, AI agents, intelligent automation, or low-code/no-code platforms.

• In-depth knowledge of agentic systems, particularly regarding orchestration, tool and API usage, knowledge access, human-in-the-loop processes, testing, and monitoring.

• Practical experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot Agent Builder, Microsoft Copilot Studio, AgentBricks, or similar Agentic AI and automation platforms.

• Good comprehension of cloud architectures, data sources, interfaces, identity and authorization concepts, as well as security and data privacy regulations.

• Experience in business enablement, community management, citizen developer programs, or similar self-service initiatives.

• Enjoyment in clearly explaining complex technical subjects and empowering others to independently implement solutions.

• Ability to swiftly grasp business processes and translate them into effective Agentic AI solution strategies.

• Strong understanding of Responsible AI, governance, cost management, and the secure utilization of AI in an enterprise environment.

• Proactive mindset, initiative, and strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficient in both German and English.
