This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• The selected individual, in coordination with the Sales Area Manager, will independently carry out the following responsibilities using their own resources:
• Exclusive management of their client portfolio within the assigned geographic area.
• Planning and organizing their commercial work independently.
• Autonomous management, consolidation, and expansion of the client portfolio in the region.
• Providing pre and post-sales support to clients, which includes offering information on the products manufactured and marketed to ensure a deep understanding of the product and the Greenbuilding philosophy of the Company.
• Essential experience and knowledge in the construction sector.
• Essential experience in selling construction products.
• Higher education qualifications in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or another construction-related discipline are advantageous.
• Strong communication skills with various stakeholders in the construction industry.
• Ability to work independently.
• Exclusivity and full dedication to the professional activity.
• A committed individual, results-oriented, with clear commercial skills and an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Knowledge of energy efficiency or experience with companies implementing energy efficiency systems will be considered an asset.
• Exclusive commercial relationship (Commercial agent contract).
• Economic conditions to be negotiated during the interview.
