This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• The selected candidate will independently carry out the following responsibilities in coordination with the Sales Area Manager:
• Exclusive management of their client portfolio within the assigned geographical area.
• Planning and organizing their own commercial work.
• Autonomous management, consolidation, and expansion of the client base in the region.
• Pre and post-sale assistance to clients, providing information about the products manufactured and marketed to ensure a deep understanding of the products and the company's Greenbuilding philosophy.
• Essential experience and knowledge in the construction sector.
• Essential experience in selling construction products.
• Higher education in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or another construction-related field is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills with various stakeholders in the construction industry.
• Ability to work independently.
• Exclusivity and full dedication to professional activities.
• A committed individual, results-oriented, with clear commercial skills and an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Knowledge of energy efficiency or experience in companies with implemented energy efficiency systems will be valued.
• Exclusive commercial relationship (Commercial agent contract).
• Economic conditions to be negotiated during the interview.
