This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Conduct active commercial prospecting through cold calling to potential clients in the U.S., Spain, and/or LATAM.
• Manage contacts using databases provided by the company and generate new leads as necessary.
• Identify business opportunities in universities, educational centers, and professionals within the healthcare sector.
• Present the product and communicate the value of the ultrasound simulator in a consultative manner.
• Schedule meetings with the internal team (founder and sales team).
• Conduct basic software demonstrations or coordinate more advanced demos.
• Follow up with interested leads and manage the initial sales pipeline.
• Collaborate in expanding the business in the North American market.
• Understand client needs and tailor the sales pitch accordingly.
• Record commercial activities and follow up on contacts (use of CRM is not mandatory).
• Work in coordination with the internal team to resolve technical or commercial inquiries.
• Contribute to the improvement of the commercial process in a growing role within the company.
• Potentially participate in closing sales (primarily in B2C cases or individual clients).
• Build long-term business relationships with prospects and stakeholders.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in consultative selling.
• Experience in cold calling prospecting.
• Experience in lead generation and business development (SDR/BDR).
• Experience in B2B and/or B2C sales (B2C experience is a plus but not mandatory).
• Knowledge or experience in the healthcare or educational sector (mandatory requirement).
• English proficiency: B2/C1.
