This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Provide support during the initial stages for the company's clients.
• Directly sell the company's services to new clients.
• Build relationships based on trust, loyalty, and interest with clients.
• Adhere to the business processes established by the Company.
• Familiarize and manage all relevant services and products offered by the Company.
• Make contacts through telephone, email, and instant messaging.
• Accurately record all client interactions in the CRM system.
• Analyze current market situations with clients.
• Reside in nearby areas.
• Experience in telephone sales.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and persuasion skills.
• Minimum experience with CRM (preferred).
• Desirable: Personal experience in Forex, CFD, or stock trading (not mandatory).
