• Customer service campaign in the technology sector, specifically for phones.

• The service representative offers support for customer services and products.

• This encompasses hardware, software, networks, and interactions with the operating system and computer applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma.

• Experience in BPO (preferred but not mandatory).

• Ideally in VOICE lines.

• Customer service attitude and active listening skills.

• Languages: English B1 and above + French B2 and above.
