This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Respond to customer messages and emails

• Check the availability of accommodations and services

• Prepare and send quotes

• Clarify questions regarding bookings and accommodations

• Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations

• Collect and record payments in the system

• Share guest information with the on-site team for operational alignment

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed high school education

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proficiency in customer service and digital tools

• Availability for remote work

• Degree in Tourism (completed or in progress) is a plus

• Previous experience in reservations, hospitality, tourism, or customer service is an advantage
