Agente de Reservas, Hospitality

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Manage communication with guests.

• Handle the reservation process.

• Oversee check-ins and address issues.

• Prepare daily reports and performance indicators.

• Manage reservation requests.

• Address guest feedback.

• Handle the main email account.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Availability to work during Peru's hours from 6pm to 2am and 7pm to 3am.

• Studies in Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotels or guest services (reception, concierge, etc.).

• Proficiency in Office Suite at an intermediate/advanced level.

• Passion for delivering excellent customer service and a desire to learn.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

• Advanced level of Spanish and English; knowledge of other languages such as French will be valued.

• Immediate and full availability for rotating shifts.
