Agente de Atención y Gestión de Reservas, Part Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• We are looking to add two Reservation Management and Customer Service Agents who will be responsible for providing service outside of office hours, ensuring continuous support for our tourist apartments, coliving accommodations, and managed apartments.

• The selected candidates will work completely remotely, handling requests in real-time and ensuring a seamless experience for guests during evening, night, and weekend hours as per operational needs.

• The role includes responding to messages and inquiries from guests through various digital channels, managing and confirming bookings in the Channel Manager, monitoring online check-ins, recording and directing incidents, and ensuring that any urgent requests outside of administrative hours are addressed swiftly and professionally.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of prior experience in customer service, tourism, hospitality, or management of tourist apartments.

• Training in sales and customer service.

• Availability to work during Spanish hours (evening, night, and weekends).

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Proficiency in digital tools; experience with Channel Manager and CRM ZOHO is a plus.

• English level B2 or higher (preferred).
