Agent Outreach Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Identify and research real estate agents within designated markets

• Conduct daily outbound communications (calls, texts, and emails)

• Engage agents in professional conversations focused on value

• Assess agents based on their activity, production, and potential

• Arrange meetings directly on loan officer calendars

• Provide comprehensive notes and context to ensure successful meetings

• Consistently follow up with agents to foster ongoing relationships

• Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership on campaigns and messaging

• Monitor activity, discussions, and outcomes in the CRM system

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as an Inside Sales Agent (ISA) or within a real estate team

• Background in B2B Sales Development Representative (SDR) or appointment setting (SaaS, recruiting, etc.)

• Experience in mortgage or real estate support roles with excellent communication skills

• Proven experience in booking meetings or generating opportunities
