Agency Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Cultivates and maintains a high-quality client base of Agents.

• Manages marketing initiatives aimed at attracting prospective agents while ensuring the satisfaction of existing clients.

• Collaborates with division/regional management and legal advisors to effectively oversee agent management.

• Sustains customer relationships and addresses their needs consistently.

• Develops client connections, acquires new business from potential customers, and enhances relationships with the current client base.

• Assembles lists of potential clients to generate sales leads.

• Formulates and implements a call strategy for the designated area.

• Participates in title insurance industry events and engages with relevant organizations.

• Designs or modifies and delivers presentations for both groups and individuals.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma.

• 2 – 5 years of proven experience in the Title/Real Estate industry.

• Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales targets.

• Skilled in listening to customers to comprehend their needs and objectives, thereby providing appropriate solutions.

• Exhibits diplomacy and tact in all professional interactions.

• Shows persistence, tenacity, and consistency in seeking revenue opportunities.

• Possesses strong interpersonal communication abilities.

• Capable of persuading and influencing others effectively.

• Strong negotiation capabilities.

• Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to modify strategies in response to changing circumstances.

• Knowledgeable about the market and competitive landscape, with the capacity to recognize external threats and opportunities.
