Agency Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and recruit top-performing commercial lines agencies and brokers.

• Oversee the appointment process and provide training for producers on the SafeLease portal.

• Serve as the main point of contact for producer partners, perform account reviews, and collect feedback.

• Educate producers about insurance products and the advantages of technology.

• Manage the entire pipeline from the initial submission to binding.

• Develop distribution and referral relationships with current property management clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years in insurance distribution, agency management, or wholesale brokerage.

• An active surplus lines producer license is highly preferred (or relevant surplus lines experience).
