📋 Description

• Guide new customers from sign-up to proficient usage within 30 days by inputting financial data, ensuring accuracy, and enhancing farmers' comprehension of their operations.

• Perform proactive, scheduled customer interactions tailored to customers' financial metrics, marketing strategies, and debt arrangements.

• Ensure customer renewals by clearly demonstrating value.

• Identify accounts at risk early using data and take proactive measures.

• Create documented onboarding, communication, and retention processes as the standard playbook for the team.

• Utilize AI tools to prepare for calls, analyze financials, and manage a larger customer base while maintaining personal care.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the United States.

• Remote work with availability during Central Time hours.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a credit analyst, portfolio manager, or relationship manager at an agricultural bank, Farm Credit association, or agricultural lender.

• Proficiency in spreading farm financials.

• Capability to develop cash flow projections.

• Skill in calculating production costs and breakeven points.

• Ability to communicate financial concepts, such as working capital, in straightforward language.

• A 2–3 minute video introducing yourself and explaining working capital to a farmer is required for consideration.

• Preferred experience or familiarity with AI tools for financial analysis and workflow automation.

• Background serving a variety of farm operation sizes and types is preferred.

• Participation in E-Verify.
