Aftermarket Territory Manager – Turkey, Middle East

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Propel aftermarket growth across Turkey and the Middle East through the sales of spare parts, field services, maintenance agreements, retrofit projects, and equipment enhancements.

• Formulate strategic regional account plans that align with customer requirements and CPM's global aftermarket strategy.

• Recognize customer opportunities and propose solutions that enhance equipment performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.

• Cultivate strategic customer relationships and expand CPM's installed equipment base.

• Prepare and present both technical and commercial presentations regarding CPM's aftermarket services.

• Collaborate with Capital Sales, Service, Engineering, and Back Office teams to create customer-centric solutions.

• Assist with troubleshooting efforts alongside Field Service teams.

• Maintain pipelines, forecasts, customer visit documentation, and opportunities using Salesforce.

• Keep abreast of market trends and pinpoint regional growth opportunities.

• Travel extensively within the territory to support customers and business development efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Process or Engineering).

• Over 3 years of experience in the aftermarket sector, ideally with mechanical machines, or within the animal feed, biomass, or waste recycling industries.

• Demonstrated experience in the Jordanian, Egyptian, or Middle Eastern markets.

• Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization.

• Self-motivated with a proven record in technical solution sales.

• Willingness to travel frequently (50%).

• Fluent in Turkish and English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.

• Residing in Turkey, Jordan, Egypt, or the Middle East.
