After-Sales Service Technician – Southern Germany

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Conduct inspections of racking and storage systems at customer locations both domestically and, when applicable, internationally.

• Engage with customers, inspectors, and ADM, providing technical processing and clarification for customer inquiries.

• Promote and sell BITO products during customer interactions.

• Carry out maintenance tasks on PROmotion, PROmobile, and LEO systems, including minor service activities.

• Address customer complaints by identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an electrician (m/f/d) or mechatronics technician (m/f/d) with additional qualifications as an electrical specialist; alternatively, training as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d) — we offer training for electrical specialization.

• Experience in maintenance and service work is preferred.

• Proficient written and spoken English skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively.

• Must be able to work independently, possess strong organizational skills, and demonstrate a high level of personal responsibility.
