This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee on-site construction operations and all project stakeholders (project management, service technicians, subcontractors, clients)
• Organize and manage resources on-site
• Guarantee quality, adherence to safety regulations, and documentation of construction progress
• Engage in project meetings and liaise with all parties involved
• Assist with installations, commissioning, and acceptance testing
• Contribute to the technical documentation of projects
• Supervise suppliers and subcontractors
• Ensure technical compliance and project profitability
• Completed vocational training in electrical engineering or mechatronics
• Initial professional experience (minimum 2 years) in site management or project execution
• Proficient in MS Office with a general aptitude for IT
• Technical knowledge of electrical systems and installations
• Driving license class B
• Fluent in German with good English proficiency
• Strong MS Office skills
