Affiliate Teaching Faculty – Contractor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional synchronous instruction for online, master's level courses in Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Incorporate integrative systemic theory and practical applications into the curriculum.

• Conduct synchronous sessions with a maximum of 15 students weekly during a regularly scheduled 90-minute class.

• Evaluate and return all assignments and papers within two weeks or sooner.

• Occasionally meet with the faculty Course Lead to review course procedures, program updates, curriculum enhancements, and issues relevant to students in your section.

• Offer additional support and guidance to students as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• An advanced degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field (PhD in MFT is preferred).

• A minimum of two years of experience teaching graduate-level courses and/or supervising graduate-level students clinically.

• Active clinical licensure in your home state or the capacity to obtain one.

• Demonstrated ability to teach within the field of MFT.

• Knowledge of or willingness to learn about integrative systemic therapy.
